Appointment Policy

We reserve the right to reschedule an appointment if the client is more than 10 minutes late, although we will try to get services done in the remaining time.

Cancellation + No Show Policy

Client must cancel appointment at least 48 hours prior to avoid receiving associated fees. If client cancels last minute or does not show up to scheduled appointment, REN Rejuvenation Bar retains the right to charge $50 fee.

Refund Policy

Results are variable from person to person, we do our best to achieve the desired outcome but it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for the cost of additional treatments/products to get desired results. All product sales are final.
